Our return policy allows you to return your glasses within 60 days of receiving your product for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. To initiate a return, contact our live chat support team to provide the necessary item(s) and order details. Within 48-72 hours, we will email you a prepaid shipping label or provide an update on your return request. Once you receive the email, simply print out the prepaid shipping label, pack the product in its original box, attach the shipping label, and send it back to us. Once we receive your returned product in its original condition and undamaged, we will process your refund, which will appear as a credit on your card. Please note that it may take approximately 7-10 business days to receive the refund.
